Daily Dividend Report: IBM,HESM,WLKP,KMB,NSC

The IBM board of directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $1.67 per common share, March 10, 2025 to stockholders of record February 10, 2025. With the payment of the March 10 dividend, IBM will have paid consecutive quarterly dividends every year since 1916.

Hess Midstream, today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.7012 per Class A share for the quarter ended December 31, 2024, an increase of $0.0166 per Class A share as compared with the third quarter of 2024. This increase is supported by excess adjusted free cash flow after distributions from the reduction in total units following Hess Midstream's accretive $100 million unit repurchase in January 2025 and, on an annualized basis, is significantly above Hess Midstream's targeted 5% growth in annual distributions per Class A share through 2026.The quarterly distribution will be payable on February 14, 2025, to Class A shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 6, 2025.

The Board of Directors of Westlake Chemical Partners has declared a distribution of $0.4714 per unit. This is the 42nd quarterly distribution announced by the Partnership since its initial public offering. The distribution will be payable on February 25, 2025, to unit holders of record on February 7, 2025.

The board of directors of Kimberly-Clark has declared an increased quarterly dividend of $1.26 per share, a level 3.3 percent higher than its previous regular quarterly payout. The dividend is payable on April 2, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2025. This represents the 53rd consecutive year that the company has increased its dividend to shareholders.

Norfolk Southern announced today a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable Feb. 20, 2025, to shareholders of record on Feb. 7, 2025. The company has paid a dividend on its common stock for 170 consecutive quarters since its formation in 1982.
