  • Revenues- Third party capital management revenues: $4.34 million versus $4.39 million estimated by two analysts on average. Compared to the year-ago quarter, this number represents a +0.9% change.
  • Revenues- Rental income- Triple-net leased: $156.11 million compared to the $157.21 million average estimate based on two analysts. The reported number represents a change of +0.5% year over year.
  • Net Earnings Per Share (Diluted): $0.10 versus $0.09 estimated by three analysts on average.
